These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Pretty Prompt (the “Service”), a Chrome extension provided by SOFT INTEL PARTNERS LIMITED., a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 16818970, having its registered office in London, United Kingdom (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By installing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You will not:

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including security or access controls.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws, including data protection and intellectual property laws.

Because the Service is distributed via the Google Chrome Web Store, you must also comply with all applicable Google policies, including the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies.

Fair Use: The Service is provided on a fair use basis. We may impose limits or restrict usage where necessary to ensure stable operation, compliance with legal obligations, or due to factors beyond our control (including third-party providers, platform policy changes, or force majeure events). We may define and adjust fair usage thresholds at our discretion.

2. Account and Subscription

Certain features may require creating an account and/or a paid subscription.

Subscription fees, if applicable, will be based on the relevant tier plan or as otherwise agreed between you and SOFT INTEL PARTNERS LIMITED.

We reserve the right to modify or introduce subscription tiers, features, or pricing at any time.

Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate access if you fail to pay fees when due.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, and branding, is owned by SOFT INTEL PARTNERS LIMITED. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

4. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

We collect limited data, including product analytics, your account email address, and prompts submitted through the Service. This information is used only to operate and improve the Service.

We do not use your input text or generated prompts for AI model training, marketing, or analytics beyond providing and enhancing the Service.

The Service relies on third-party providers for infrastructure and processing. Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms and privacy practices.

We take reasonable steps to safeguard data in transit and at rest, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOFT INTEL PARTNERS LIMITED. shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • Any loss of data, business, or profits,
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

7. Changes and Availability

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice.

Availability of the Service may be affected by third-party providers, platform policies, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may define and adjust fair usage thresholds at our discretion to maintain Service quality and compliance.

We are not liable if the Service, or any part of it, is unavailable at any time for any reason.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
